• If a dog is found with fleas there will be an extra £10 charge for flea shampoo and defleaing the salon
• Dogs that are matted and need to be clipped off will be charged an extra fee
• Aggressive dogs will be charged an extra £5-£10 dependant on how long it will take to complete the groom
